<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">2018 has had it's challenges with some real long term people moving on, but what a good team we have built moving forward to 2019. I intend to make the coming year a good one and I will do <span style="font-size: 12pt;">my
best for you all. </span></p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">I am facing the usual finances struggles as term closes with £23k still outstanding or still processing through the card terminal as we've chased it in. (that takes 7-9 days over the xmas break) and am not going to get
everyone paid in full by 31st. If any of you are using this months money for Jan tax bills or are OK for a few extra days into the new year, please let me know so I have give the little I do have coming in each day to the staff that need it the most. Many
of you have offered this and I truly appreciate it once again.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Any enough negative stuff, have a lovely Christmas and thank you all for your hard work and dedication at YMS over the last 12 months. See you all from Monday 7th, unless you are back in earlier, we'll have a January
staff meal once you've all stopped gigging.</p>
