This is the email Carol is sending out but her email seems not to be 
working to most staff.


Hi Everyone
Most of you are aware that this is my last week at YMS as I retire on 
Friday. Unlocking the front door this morning it was OMG this has come 
around far too fast and I’m not ready for this.
When I first started having lessons with James all those years ago I 
never would have imagined that it would have led to working in such a 
rewarding fantastic job with so many great colleagues. Thank you all for 
your friendship and support over the years. I have some wonderful 
memories, shared so many great moments of laughter and dare I say it 
learnt some new words!! Much to the amusement & horror of my family who 
now and again react with “Mother!!!”
I shall still be doing the accounts book keeping so the door is not 
completely shut and that will enable me to see you from time to time. I 
better had as I shall miss you all dreadfully.
Richard & I head down to Cornwall next Sunday for our youngest son’s 
wedding and then our first long holiday in our motorhome – the outside 
world beckons.
Hopefully you are all aware that James is holding a Retirement Party for 
me at Canterbury Golf Club on Sunday 19th August 3 – 9pm. Hope to see 
you all there.
