Hi All


This morning I had a mother come in whose child is having an exam next week on Wednesday - Trinity piano. They had not been given the form which was in the teachers pigeon hole. With only a few days to the exam this is not good as the mother had no idea what was the time of the exam. The form MUST be completed and given to the pupil in good time. Most of our pupils are at school and parents need to get permission for them to have time out of school hours.


We had two instances last term when our pupils failed to turn up for their exam and one parent refused to pay for the exam because he knew nothing about it.


I ask again that you check your pigeon holes regularly.
