[Allstaff] EXAMS FOR THE AUTUMN TERM!!!!!! PLEASE READ

Hello everyone,

Thought I would email everyone with deadlines for next term as soon as 
possible to give you enough notice.

Before I list the dates and times I want to stress how important it is 
that I receive the exact information required from ALL teachers.  There 
are two things; a spread sheet and one entry form per pupil.
   The spread sheet will follow ( or you can find them in draw in 
reception). I need a list of pupils filling in all relevant details 
including dates of birth.  If you have more than one examining board for 
your pupils I would like them listed on separate sheets please.

The ENTRY FORM also needs to be filled in COMPLETELY AND SIGNED BY THE 
PARENT OR PUPIL IF OVER 18.  I need to be aware of any dates they are 
NOT available for the WHOLE OF THAT term should we have  exams outside 
the normal period.  The spelling of names is very important as I 
sometimes have to check if they are correct.  All of this information is 
a back up for us if anything should go wrong. For example,  if the pupil 
doesn't turn up for an exam and we don't have a parents' signature the 
teacher in question will have the fee taken out of their wages as has 
happened this term.  I would like to thank those that always produce 
everything on time. Please put the entry forms and info in my pigeon 
hole and NOT in reception.

Everybody should have some idea of who they are going to put forward for 
next term ( I know you can decide with some at the last minute).  So 
please start filling in entry forms at the BEGINNING OF NEXT TERM.  You 
as teachers can fill the basic details in with the pupil before handing 
them out to be signed and checked by parents.

Exam period at Canterbury Centre 06.11.17 - 09.12.17
Jazz exams                       06.11.17 - 18.11.17
here at the music school proposed date 13th December ( this is subject 
to more than three hours of exam time)
